Reset Talent Stats #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When You Change Class.
2.When I Set my talent points over 500.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have to choose Talent Stats over and over each time i start a mission or end 
one.
What revision of SaveEdit are you using? For what game platform?

Please provide any additional information below.
It has happened each time and i have not found a way to resolve it other than 
not upgrading my bonus Skill.
