Plot Unable to recruit Dr. Chakwas. #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CrewAlive,   Setting PlotIDSet=(3351)to true, & 
PlotIDClear=(3629,3630,3631,3632,3349,3350)to false, as per

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Dr. Chakwas & crew are alive and Dr. Chakwas is recruit-able to the Normandy 
SRR2.

Instead, Dr. Chakwas is missing and only Dr. Michel can be recruited.

What revision of SaveEdit are you using? For what game platform?
Revision 89, PC

Please provide any additional information below.
In a previously edited save, the aforementioned bools were not altered and Dr. 
Chakwas was recruited to the Normandy SRR2 as normal, but crew was dead/missing.
