Adding Graphite port and instructions #39

Allow users to import Graphite data.

Hey @googanhiem, could you please explain why you choose 2004 , when the default port for Graphite is 2003 ?

See https://docs.victoriametrics.com/single-server-victoriametrics/#list-of-command-line-flags -graphiteListenAddr string TCP and UDP address to listen for Graphite plaintext data. Usually :2003 must be set. Doesn't work if empty. See also -graphiteListenAddr.useProxyProtocol

@denisgolius oops, I just did a quick google search and read something about 2004. Don't mind which port is listed.
