Bump version to 1.81.1 in a few READMEs #30

@valyala @zekker6 when bumping the version in the Ansible yaml, please remember to bump the version in all the README's to keep things consistent

Hi @rodrigc ! Thanks for your contribution! Currently, it is not recommended to update to 1.81.1 due to this issue. We'll update readme refs to the newest version once it will be resolved.

@zekker6 thanks for merging. My request is that in future, if the version in the yml is updated, make sure that every README is also updated to reflect the version in the accompanying yml. That will make it clear for end-users trying to use this Ansible.
