Code formatting in the rich text editor should start after clicking the "code snippet" button #320

Currently if you highlight some text and then click on the "code snippet" 
button in the RTE then it will be converted to code formatting. However if you 
click the "code snippet" button and then start typing the resulting text will 
not be in code formatting.

It would be nice to fix this, so that the behaviour of this formatting matches 
that of bold, italic and underline.
