Feature request: export counts-per-million #17

When "Show Counts" is set to Counts-per-million, the raw counts are still exported on clicking "Download CSV".

Can the CSV use the counts-per-million as these are normalised and therefore more useful for further analysis ?

The counts-per-million are only normalized against library size. If you are doing other analysis you will probably want something a little more sophisticated.

But, yes, it would be more consistent to export the counts-per-million when it's selected
