line limit? #35

What is the limit for the number of lines in a matrix that can be uploaded to Degust? My matrix with 79k rows returned an error, "Too many lines in file"

Hi Matt, yes there is a limit of 70k rows. Can you try filtering rows with low expression before uploading?
