degust analysis- How long does it take? #54

Hi, I want to know usually how long does degust take to show graphs for WG results? I am even running degust as a test for only 20 genes (2 replicates), but it is taking more than one hour. Is it normal? For whole genome sequencing how long is expected? Thanks a lot for your help

It sounds like you have an error somewhere. A whole transcriptome (~20,000 genes) is usually processed in a few seconds. 20 genes should be pretty much instant.

Was this on your own install, or on the public site?
