The MDS plots are great in Degust but I would like to be able to plot 95% confidence intervals around experimental groups in the plots and be able to make further modifications. I know you can download the code that's used to prepare this data but I don't know if the code to make these plots is available in the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
