Splatplost USB backend does not appear to function #18

Using splatplost==0.2.0.dev4, connecting the Switch to a Ubuntu-like system, the device never shows up in the list. I am looking around in the source for clues but I don't see what extra steps would be needed. This is running as root still as well.

I'm having the same experience with dev 3 and 4. I tried dev2 which connects, but it disconnected halfway through (after 20-25 minutes of plotting) so I'm not sure if that's related. I'm able to confirm that neither the switch or the Ubuntu pc went into a sleep mode to cause the disconnect. I'm happy to provide more information/videos/logs if helpful.
