Prep for WP push #6

Couple of things... Although Oclin got most of the prepare and nonce stuff...

  1. Add the headers to keep php from being read directly
  2. Drop the includes that don't do anything. (Will have to investigate. I'm pretty sure cg-shortcode.php doesn't do anything as it didn't error when I had a mistake on it.
