Note for self... For current additions.

1.6 will be a longer process as I have time issues for next week so may not be able to do smaller updates and do a larger one. I will update these as they are added to the Github version.

Adaptation: Refer system broken down into various returns. [vyps-refer form=self], [vyps-refer form=current], and [vyps-refer form=register] so admins can just put whatever they want as explanation as it turns out non-English users need less of my wording and more of theirs. (TBD)
Fix: Raffle has a mobile=true mode now. This may end up being default as one of my test sites has found a use case for these in side bar widgets. (TBD)

The raffle mobile view will be a bit harder that I thought as did it more complex than I should... I may make it mobile by default.

This is not going to get fixed until 1.6.1 (Why are all the increments more longer than the main?)
