Removal of the word "Hash" in Lieu of something like "effort" #127

I've been realizing (after speaking to some) and watching hashes today after server fix, that simply telling users "Hashes:" maybe confusing as that is not how the points are actually handled versus what MO shows the admins even with donations taken into account (Mine, NG's and MO's) a lot of hashes are just not accepted for the low end devices etc etc.

I was going to either use "Work Effort" or "Effort" with a perhaps revisiting worked vs accepted with something like maybe a worked bar and then accepted bar or a ratio between the two.

Will revisit later.

Listening to an Ethereum (Cult of Ethereum) podcast about UX design, it dawned on me that I can make this in an XP bar. Remove hases and have like 512/1024 text in the bar itself and move the points to above it.
