Make all shortcode attributes uniform to [vyps-pe] #63

As users were confused what samount or damount or dpid meant, I used a more descriptive (albeit longer) attribute syntax for vyps-pe

I need to make the thresh hold raffle and ww use similar syntax. Perhaps in next version since its simple.

Hrm... I'm going to roll ww into this soon.

I have added to ww a while back, but still needs to be rolled into pe directly.
