VY256 Countdown timer #82

Maybe more of an ADD and has no function, but I was thinking of replacing the (do not refresh) with a js count down timer that goes away during first hash. Actually not actually counting down, but would keep people from getting antsy.

Not perfect but works. Delete your temp files if issue.
