Referral log #85

Need to show log how all your refers and how much they earned. I will copy the vyps-pb and just use reason for the referall.. Speaking of which... Another issue.

I just realized that it only should show if they earned you points not if they set your referral. As being a referr and doing nothing is... well pointless...

Note this should only show current users's referrs. How would I know who is the referr... OOOH

I need to make it so the refer id is in the meta so in case someone changes refer you see the old refer points. So much to do this weekend and the next few days.
