the video quality is very low #3

I tested MediaStreamTest.apk on my phone (Android 6.0), it works, but the quality of video is very low, even when I changed video resolution to 1280x720. Does anyone have the same problem? Any suggestions? Thanks.

It seems that it doesn't auto focus, how can I configure that? Thanks.
