[ ] Remove references to the QuickTime codec
[ ] Add links to some other encoders, perhaps the Jokyo codec and Shutter Encoder
[ ] Point to ffmpeg's downloads page rather than any specific source for Windows builds, with the instruction that users should choose a download built with libsnappy

I'll try to get around to these when I get back from Mapping Festival! Let me know if there's any other minor updates to the site that are needed while I am in there, or if you'd like me to walk you through how to make minor updates (if I haven't already in the past)
