Alert dialog and many other minor fixes

I have migrated the extension source code under chrome-extension (instead of using chrome-extension-react and chrome-extension-build)
- This will enable a simpler workflow
- Generated files wouldn't be git committed — clean history NOTE: Once the new source code proves to be working without any issues (once @VenkatTeja approves), the old chrome-extension-react and chrome-extension-build folders can be removed.
Pre-build React components
- I have set up a script that builds specified React components into HTML at build time. Speeds up the initial render.
