This PR includes changes requested by @VenkatTeja.

Here is the work finished so far.

feat: "Verified by Vigilance DAO" alert improved
- Now the webpage's styles won't alter how the alert looks.
- Close icon for the alert is now only shown on hover, with a short transition.
chore: package scripts under chrome-extension are cleaned up.
Make changes in the "Review website" section in the popup.
- "Is Fraud" and "Justification" text fields are replaced with "Fraud type" and more descriptive inputs.
