I am not able to access the geoportail layers which are implemented in this code

Orthophoto and roads are working by my side... Carte IGN layer is no more available as Geoservices (https://geoservices.ign.fr/services-web-issus-des-scans-ign) and should be replaced with an other one (or by OSM layer).
