User Story:

I want to be able to access a popular item or event when it becomes available, thus I want to sign up for a waitlist to do so.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. When an item is sold out or an event is fully booked, the user is notified and given the option to join a waiting list.
  2. The user's account dashboard displays the status of the waitlist.
  3. The user receives notification from the system when the item or event is ready.
  4. The waitlist notification allows the user to confirm and finish the transaction.
