Hey, I am a computer science student and have to do an assignment related to biology and SVD can you please give me a little background about this project, and can you please upload the data file so that i can rut it.

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Yash,

Thanks for interest in my work. I would recommend choosing my other works based on drug activity classification. It has more documentation and would be easy to follow. Here is the link:

Remember to star it if it helps you. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

My assignment is based on SVD, so it will be very helpful to provide some test data to run the code

Hi, The project you have chosen is a bit specific. It fits a vector to an alpha helix of a the protein using SVD. By fitting a vector you can calculate how that helix is changing overtime in a dataset. Github does allow large data files but you can a lot of protein simulations data online. Look for xtc files and pdb files.
