Created a Crowd Funding solidity project

Description

Crowd Funding project is a decentralized funding app where the user can donate a certain amount of money for the growth of any company until the objected target is reached. After that when the owner of the company want to withdraw that money he/she have to take the permission from the users that why and where they want to use that money, and after the voting is done the owner get the money.

These step's are :

1. Check whether that any similar project is already there in repo or not . if not then proceed further
2. Raise an issue for that particular project and wait until admin or mentor assign u that issue before Raising PR After reviewing the PR the Mentor or admin Megre ur PR. PS : For any query prefer github discussion .
