How do you login in Kodi? I want to see premium content

In new version, enter your mobile number in settings. Once start, it will ask to enter OTP. Once done, check the premium content and confirm.

In addon - Settings - Logging, Enabled Debug log & Component Specific log

Click on third option also (Specify Component specific Logging). Select Verbose Logging for libcURL library and press Ok. After that exit settings.

Restart the Kodi. Play particular Sonyliv episode. Once you got error message, upload same Kodi log. This we called "Debug log" as we have enabled the Debug process. Once done, disable both the setting.

This version works Perfectly On Mobile, But on fire tv when premium content is played for eg (scam)there's a error "Playback Failed" "One Or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message" I can't send log from my fire tv Normal free contents are working properly

In Kodi add-on repository - Program add-ons, Log viewer for kodi is there. Install it. In setting change log to Reverse order and then run the Sonyliv application. When error occurs, check the log using log viewer and try to read and understand the error message.

Also, there is another Addon Kodi Logfile uploader. I have never used it but you can try.

Fire TV is a truncated version of Android. May be widevine is not installed on it. To check this, install DRM info app and check whether Widevine CDM info is available or not.

If netflix is there then you can check this in App Settings - Playback specifications

Majority of the sports section is not working. Live sports is not displaying anything. When I search for the event, it displays in results but doesn't play. Any fix to this? (I have properly logged in with my premium account and premium content is working fine besides sports).

@Vikassm73 Sir,. I have a same issue like @rdr1689. Meanwhile I login in sonyliv premium via OTP. But only 1st episode is playing while rest episode is not Playing.

You version in mobile is old one. You need to update it.

While sending from Android TV, first do clear Cache. then again try to play. It should ask OTP. Once done, send me the log file. This log file does not have required information.
