Everything is setup for this ticket to be completed.

Process:

• Using https://fullcalendar.io/docs/eventMouseEnter prop on fullCalendar, you get back the event object.
• Use extendedProps.names array on the event object to get the names
• Use https://mui.com/material-ui/react-tooltip/ to show names in list form. this might be tricky so refer to some solutions ive looked up:

Simple as that, just continue our code style and color pattern for front end
