Feature Request: Course Average Data #360

UVic doesn't appear to have a way for students to access this data (though profs can), but perhaps a Freedom of Information (FoI) request could be made through the BC government to make this data public? If someone would want to tackle it, that would provide data for CourseUp or anyone else interested in using that data for their own projects. This idea came up during discussions about CourseUp in the ECS discord server.
