Slide Down Transition #2

The .slideUp transition effect on line 101 functions normally, however there is no .slideDown indicator on the .js file where timing can be set for the opening transition. I've gone line by line and can't seem to figure it out. How would I set the timing on the .slideDown for the "Active" state?

Is this even possible? This is the only script of it's kind that's giving me the ability to modify the hidden content the way I need to, but I can't get the timing on the slidedown/active display to work. Please help.
