Reloading keybindings #5

I know that keybind config hasn't been implemented yet but being able to reload the config file after a small config teak while the WM is running is necessary.

Should maybe not only reload the keybindings, but every script aswell!

But focus on the keybindings as they are more vital to have present in the next milestone.
