Missing Redist subdirectory / WiX installer script

The SlimDX Developer Documentation mentions several times a Redist
subdirectory with a WiX installer script.

In "Customizing the Runtime":
"The SlimDX SDK includes a WiX installer script in the Redist subdirectory."

In "SDK Components Guide":
"Redist - Contains the files necessary to build an installer that includes
SlimDX components. Includes a WiX installer script to be used as a guide,
along with relevant logos and licenses."

This folder / script appears to be missing in the February 2010 SDK.

There's not really time left to produce a decent script and verify it actually 
works. The old one probably didn't work anyway. I'm dropping this for this 
milestone, but will update the docs so that they don't refer to the missing 
files.
