SimpleTriangle2D project doesn't produce an exe #697

After fixing the reference to SlimDX I'm not able to produce an exe for this 
project.  All of the other samples work fine.

I attempted a full rebuild and this is what I got in the output window:
------ Skipped Rebuild All: Project: SimpleTriangle2D ------

Something about this one project is messed up.

The project might not be set to build. If you open up the Configuration Manager 
(where it says x86/x64/Any CPU), it will show you what projects are actually 
built for any given configuration.
