User grade bump up #418

According to Anna the users should automatically be bumped up one grade each year. That does not happen. Also what should be happening to former students? Will they all end up in grade 12 forever?

@lhueneke Have you been able to get help from Strix via a skype meeting or similar to solve this issue?

No we didn't manage to find time for a skype meeting together yet.
