several improvements to logging #2

Now the /balance console log works. I am working on the winner log and sending the /balance message to the bot.

i have been abundantly busy recently and barely had time to review + edit the PR to standards and make it "fit in" with the rest of the code. i'm super sorry for the delay, and i haven't forgotten about the PR. thanks for the contribution, and i'll review it soon!

it's been a month, and i'm finally coming back to this. for now, it doesn't seem like this is something that should be merged. i don't love the idea of a web UI over something like a Tauri UI because of the native abilities, and some of these other features seem to harm the ability to mask the tool as a bot. if you want to discuss this, dm me on discord.
