Cleanup, ESTCube fixes & setup for the independent builds #2

Removed all traces about exchange.hearbeat and exchange.systemmonitoring. Removed references to villemos.com repository. Disabled business-celestrack and business-systemtest in build for now. Removed business/simple-parameter-simulator/target folder. Fixed routes in ESTCube assembly files. Enabled deployment of the build artifacts in different environments. Improved BusinessCard class.
