This branch updates the algorithm to be able to take arbitrary neutral losses as input. While this would normally be used to analyse -98 neutral losses on Serine and Threonine, the modification to the algorithm would also support the analysis of spectra which are the co-isolation of a heavy and light pair of a peptide.
