pyAscore builds in macOS
Fixed a problem with using pyteomics in MacOS. See https://github.com/levitsky/pyteomics/issues/110
Created a mac-build.yml file

This looks great. I can go ahead and add a pypi push for Mac too so that others can benefit from this.
