We need a header for our website!

The header should include:

• a placeholder image for our website (like a company logo)
• navigation bar
  • should include all links to the subpages, but since there are so many this needs to be done in a way that looks good and not
  • cluttered
• hamburger bar (same links as in the navigation bar). This issue can be solved without this done, we can add it later as another issue if this is too difficult at this time.
