WIP: implement user password reset functionality

This feature allows the user to reset the password if he forgets it.

TODO:

• [x] Request Password Reset Endpoint Receives an email as input and sends a reset token to the provided email address.
• [x] Confirm Password Reset Endpoint Receives the token and a new password as input. Updates the user's password if the provided token is valid.
• [ ] Implement token expired validation
• [ ] GraphQL Resolvers Implement GraphQL resolvers for password reset functionality.
• [ ] Implement Integration tests
• [ ] Implement E2E tests
• [ ] Remove temporary increased phpinsights line limit
