image Add 5th option "Any" or "All". Because manually checking all other Conquerors and pressing "Search" again for every single jewel isn't good.

The tool will always generate the search for all conquerors, and just disable the others from the search.

The only case when other conquerors are omitted is when there are too many to even list and the URL length reaches the limit for PoE trade site itself.
