D3200 Live View Issue #25

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Enabling host mode first does not make any difference, still have to take a
picture before live view will enable.

Does enabling/disabling the 'host mode' works now? After you enabled 'host
mode' can you change the exposure mode?
When you press the LV button before you taked a capture does it enable live
view on camera or does nothing?
Can you send me a logcat?

Does D3200 require the wireless adapter to connect... I have installed DSLR
Dashboard on my Nexus 4 and trying to connect using OTG cable to my D3200... It
just keeps saying no DSLR camera found on USB...any pointers would be very very
helpful

Unfortunately Nexus 4 does not have the USB host functionality. :(

I think there are some workarounds but I don't own a Nexus 4 so I can't say if
it's working.

Will test and log cat after work. But so far, enabling host mode still does
not allow live view with out taking shot first

i tried enabling live view a few a few times, then host mode and trying live
view, then took a pic, then turned on live view.
