D7000 & LV Focus #8

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. LV Focus Selection

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Picture in Focus
Instead: Picture out of Focus

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.30.15 Android 4.2.1 on Nexus 7

Please provide any additional information below.
When using the Live View Touch Focus on my d7000 the focus is shown correctly
but when taking a picture, it appeared that the focus changed and the picture
is out of focus without changing the stationary object which was focused on.

Is the AF enabled before taking the picture (AF button is red)?
Did you press the AF button after you changed the focus point in LV?

If you touch the screen while in LV, only the focus point will be set to that
location but AF is not performed. You must touch the AF button to focus on that
new focus point.
Next version will have AF on touch in LV.

AF button does not work in LV ( W/O LV it works like it's supposed to do). Af
button is Red. The Focus runs once initially when starting LV until it has set
itself up once, afterwards no further focus actions possible until i restart LV
mode.

Tried 0.30.16 too.

Is maybe continuous AF enabled on the camera? Can you disable the AF before
capture (long press on AF button)? I should get a D7000 in near future I can
take a better look on this then.
