[Bug]: Adjust Margin and Fix Button Hover Behavior in Loan Section Cards #490

🐞 Bug Report

📋 Description

The Loan section cards currently have two design issues:

  1. There is insufficient margin between the paragraph text and the upper edge of the card, leading to a cramped appearance.
  2. On hover, the "View Details" button in the Loan section expands and moves out of the card, breaking the card's layout.

⚙️ Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the Loans section of the page.
  2. Observe the lack of margin between the text and the upper card edge.
  3. Hover over the "View Details" button and note how it extends beyond the card's boundaries.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The "View Details" button should stay within the card boundaries when hovered.

❌ Actual Behavior

When hovering over the "View Details" button, the button expands and extends outside of the card's boundaries, disrupting the card layout.
