[Bug]: Theme is not switching between dark and light mode. #498

🐞 Bug Report

📋 Description

I will be reviewing your code and resolving it in result of which user will be able to switch between light and dark mode.

⚙️ Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Will be checking your css file
  2. along with reviewing the code of js

✔️ Expected Behavior

User will be able to switch in between dark and night mode once they clike on toggle button.

❌ Actual Behavior

In this website, when user clicks onto the toggle button, the theme is not changed.

Please assign me this issue as i will make sure that issue is resolved as soon as possible for me. And add the labels like level3, Hacktoberfest accepted and gssoc-extd. @anurags10
