Getting Fatal Error #101

Hi there, I am getting fatal error

Fatal error: Call to a member function getBackend() on a non-object in D:\wamp\www\magento\app\code\community\Netzarbeiter\CustomerActivation\Model\Resource\Customer.php on line 46 while doing massactivation.

Also not showing the activation dropdown in customer account info. Any idea?
