Group selector not showing in product or category manager #104

I got the extension successfully installed and activated -- no errors or anything else that seems awry. However, neither products or categories are showing a group selector. Is there some extra step I should take, or cache I should clear, to make the selector show up? I had v1 installed and had to uninstall it (and run the MySQL commands listed in the README) to get everything activated properly.

Complete uninstall and reinstall solved the problem.
