Hello There,

Its an honor to see great effort you had made in extension.

As an suggestion if you could be able to add a feature using which an admin can be able to select which categories can be viewed by which customer group will be highly appreciated.

Between if you can guide me which files need to be modified will be highly appreciated.

Hiding categories by groups is already implemented since the very beginning (both on a system wide level and per category).

Maybe you are looking for automatically hiding products from categories which are hidden.
That is not an easy task, since products can be assigned to many categories.
What should happen if a product is in a hidden and in a visible category? There is no answer to this question because of the way the Magento catalog is structured.

For that reason, you have to take care of hiding products and categories individually.
