[x] Move gem tutorial from 4-1 to 4-2
[x] Make 4-2 a little easier, and the gem also easy to take (or even redesign 4-2 entirely)
[x] Change the text for gem to make it explicit that it unlocks bonus side levels

New item: Fix 4-2 where there is some gap between the door to prevent the "alternate open/close stuck" situation.
