Create a new component for MovementUnderControl that implements IUnderControl
- Allow the developer to input the direction (NSEW) and distance of movement.
- The button should start/stop the movement.
Create a new prefab Platform (similar to Door) with this new component and others as required
Play-test different settings for the end-points, button control, speed, etc.

@naresh-chilukurthi - To unblock the level designers, I added a prefab for moving platform similar to moving spike (merged to main via #47). However it does not work due to the physics system causing player to bounce.
