Changes

Update prefabs with new intuitive sprites
Tilemaps for level creation, added starter scene template
- Create a copy of BlankScene for any future work!
Resize all game elements to allow more content and better experience
Better death handling with animation and delay

Deprecations

Currently disabled, will permanently remove in future.

Bug: Player flip uses the wrong axis and causes double collision
Ground prefab should no longer be used (use tilemap)

@neilroshan - You can start creating tutorial levels (scaffolding) once this branch is merged.

To create a new level, start with a copy of the starter scene BlankScene.
To see how the new changes are used, please checkout scene Level2Tiled. Please go through tilemap tutorials online if you are unfamiliar with it.

@neilroshan - The logic is still in the works, but you have the prefab available so you can place it.
