[NOJAH] style broken when erros in form #218

When creating an event and forgeting to put some details (date, description) that are mandatory, the layout is broken.

The style and layout musn't move in case of an error aftert the validation process

I have close the issu 214 and do some change in CSS event new, so plz check if there is always the bug because for me it's working
